Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Services
Claire Byrnes is Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Services for Tift Regional Health System (TRHS). She has been with TRHS since 2008.
TRHS is a leading health care provider serving 12 counties in South Central Georgia. Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC), the flagship hospital for TRHS, is a 181-bed regional referral center offering signature services in surgery, oncology, cardiovascular care, women's health and more. TRHS comprises of TRMC and the TRMC West Campus in Tifton, Cook Medical Center and Cook Senior Living Center in Adel and Tift Regional Physician Group with clinics located throughout the region. TRHS is also a founding partner of Stratus Healthcare and Care Alliance ACO.
Claire provides executive oversight for the system’s ambulatory division, including physician clinics, oncology, hospice/palliative care, musculoskeletal services, rehabilitation, wound care, neurodiagnostics and more.
Claire holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor's degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida. She served as an administrative extern at Tift Regional as part of her graduate school training. Claire is actively involved with numerous professional associations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association.
