Southwell offers quality pediatric and adolescent medicine, including preventative health maintenance for healthy children and medical care for those who are sick. Our expert providers diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, chronic conditions, infectious diseases, and other types of disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. We also specialize in vaccines, asthma management, international travel medicine, and behavioral and developmental health for children.

Developmental Stages

We’ve partnered with the American Academy of Pediatrics to provide important information for parents at each stage of their child’s development.  From pregnancy to young adult, the changes in your child over the course of these years are remarkable.  Click on the stages below for everything you need to know.

Hospital Affiliation

Our pediatric clinics are affiliated with Tift Regional Medical Center.

Prenatal Visits

If you are considering us for your child’s pediatric care, we encourage you to schedule a prenatal visit before the baby arrives. This will give you the opportunity to see our office, meet our staff and ask any questions you might have. These visits are offered by appointment

After your prenatal visit, please contact us before your baby is born to register, and then simply tell the hospital staff at TRMC which office you are using for pediatric care when you are admitted to deliver your baby. TRMC will notify our office when your baby is born and one of our pediatricians will be in to see you and your baby in the hospital within 24 hours.
