To assist physicians in rural outreach, Tift Regional Medical Center has established the HealthPlus medical office centers, a series of facilities in South Central Georgia that allow specialists to lease clinic space on a weekly or monthly rotation. Patients can be seen for specialty care evaluations, check-ups and follow-up exams, all in their hometown.

HealthPlus locations include Adel, Ashburn, Nashville and Sylvester. The Adel, Ashburn and Sylvester locations also offer full-time family medicine with the services of primary care physicians and midlevel providers.
