Public Access Restricted at Patient Financial Services and Medical Records (Services to be Conducted Primarily by Phone and Online)

Tift Regional Health System’s Patient Financial Services/Business Office and Medical Records will be closed to all patients and visitors effective March 17, 2020 until further notice. ALL CLINICAL AREAS REMAIN OPEN.

For Patient Billing or Financial Assistance Questions:

  • Our staff will continue to be available to you by phone at (229) 353-6124, Option 3 from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Please call with any questions about your bill or to make a payment.
  • To pay your bill online:
    • For service dates after June 1, 2018, visit our patient portal at click here. Please have your most recent statement available.
    • For service dates prior to June 1, 2018, visit tiftregional.com/bill-pay. Please have your most recent statement available.
  • For questions regarding Financial Assistance, our staff will be available to you by phone at (229)353-6124, Option 2 from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Please mail all completed applications to:

For Medical Records:

  • To obtain your medical records, complete the Authorization to Release/Obtain Protected Health Information click here and return it along with a copy of your State issued ID via fax to 229-353-7779 or email ROI@tiftregional.com.
