Family nurse practitioner Priscilla Greene, FNP-BC will be joining Cook Family Wellness Center on October 1, 2017 to provide primary care under the direction of family physician Dr. Vincent Valencia. Priscilla brings 20 years of experience, having most recently served with Dr. Lora Efaw at the Center for Healing and Wellness in Tifton.
Priscilla Greene, FNP-BC is a nationally-certified family nurse practitioner. Her services at Cook Family Wellness Center include physical exams, the ordering and interpreting of tests, diagnosis, prescriptions, health education, disease prevention, procedures and counseling. Priscilla also has special interests in nutritional medicine, preventive care and weight loss.
“We are looking forward to having Priscilla back in the Adel-Cook community to serve our patients. She not only has extensive experience in family practice, but has strong ties to this community. We know our patients will enjoy receiving care from her,” says Garrett Mizell, practice manager for Cook Family Wellness Center.
Prior to joining Dr. Efaw’s practice in 2007, Priscilla worked in Valdosta for 10 years in family medicine, gastroenterology and obstetrics/gynecology. A South Georgia native, she earned her nursing undergraduate degree at Valdosta State University and nurse practitioner graduate degree at Albany State University. Priscilla is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of numerous professional organizations.

Cook Family Wellness Center (CFWC) is located in Adel at 103 East James Street. With weekend and evening hours, CFWC also offers a convenient care clinic for minor injuries and illnesses.
Family physician Dr. John Maylock, who currently sees patients at Cook Family Wellness Center in Adel, will be moving his practice to Tift Community Health Center (TCHC) in Tifton on October 1, 2017.
