Vice President - Revenue Cycle Accounting
Candidate should have an in depth working knowledge of patient access, charge capture integrity of clinical departments as well as the maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM) along with CMS and other regulatory standards, bylaws, rules and regulations, basic principles of charge capture, etc.
Demonstrates expertise to collect, analyze, prepare reports, present information in a comprehensive organized manner that would be understood at all levels including staff, managers, directors, senior vice presidents, board members, etc.

The Office Specialist serves in various clerical & Clinical capacities to help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the physician practice. Responsibilities include sustaining patient flow on clinic days by loading patients into exam rooms upon arrival; scheduling hospital tests and follow-up appointments; maintaining patients current demographic information; and performing other duties assigned by practice manager. Assists physician during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization/Peripheral Vascular Labs. Ensures procedure rooms are adequately prepared prior to the start of the procedure. Stocks room supplies, monitors PAR levels of supplies. Assure appropriate disposal of hazardous materials. Assures practices and procedures are followed in accordance with current accrediting agency guidelines and recommendations (Universal Protocol, Patient Identification, Labeling solutions, Clean/Sterile Technique). Serve as the day-to-day lead within the Orthopedic Center and Supervise the development, implementation, and organization of the Orthopedic Center program.
