Welcome to My Tift Regional Patient Portal

My Tift Regional Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. Through the portal, you can:

  • Correspond with your Tift Regional Physician Group team
  • Request an appointment with a Tift Regional Physician Group provider
  • Request a prescription renewal from your Tift Regional Physician Group provider
  • View your inpatient summary of care
  • Make an online payment

Changes to My Tift Regional Patient Portal

Tift Regional Health System is moving over to a new electronic health record (EHR) system on June 1, 2018. 

With this new system comes the new HealtheLife patient portal that will still allow you to communicate with your clinic physicians and give you access to your health information from Tift Regional. 

The online account you have with our current patient portal, Relay Health, will remain yours and will house the historical data prior to May 31, 2018. 

We encourage you to provide your email address to registration upon your first office visit after June 1, 2018 so you will be able to sign-up with the new HealtheLife patient portal and continue to access your health information from our new EHR. 

The e-mail you will receive in your inbox will provide step-by-step instructions on how to register and set-up your new HealtheLife patient portal account.
