My Tift Regional Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. Through the portal, you can:

  • Correspond with your Tift Regional Physician Group team
  • Request an appointment with a Tift Regional Physician Group provider
  • Request a prescription renewal from your Tift Regional Physician Group provider
  • View your inpatient summary of care
  • Make an online payment

We encourage you to provide your email address to registration / office speacialist at your next visit with a Tift Regional Provider or Facility. You will be sent an invitation to sign-up with the HealtheLife patient portal and access your health information from our EHR.

The e-mail you will receive in your inbox will provide step-by-step instructions on how to register and set-up your new HealtheLife patient portal account.
